Subscription Details / Data Parrot Plans

If you are a Data Parrot Essentials user (Free), you will see a "Data Parrot Plans" tab. This is where you can upgrade to a Pro plan.

If you are a Data Parrot Pro user, you will see a "Subscription Details" tab. This is where you can review your plan details and manage your billing.

Data Parrot Essentials Users

If you would like to upgrade to a Pro plan, you can do so here. Choose the term (monthly or yearly) and click Subscribe.

You will be presented with a pop up to confirm your details for your subscription. You can add additional users at this point, or later if you choose to add more users in User Management.

If you are a Data Parrot Pro user, you will see a "Subscription Details" tab. This is where you can review your plan details and manage your billing.

There are three tabs on this page:

Overview - where you can review your plan details, add or remove seats, and manage add-ons.
Payment Method - where you can update your payment method.
Billing History - where you can review your billing history.

This page provides you with the following information:

Current plan and renewal date
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Number of users and seats
Manage Seats - add/remove users
Add-ons - manage your add-ons

This page allows you to update your payment method with a "Manage Payment Methods" button.
