AI Forecast
The AI Forecast (opens in a new tab) provides you with an interactive, AI powered view of your Sales Forecast. You can set your filters, determine your time series grouping, and categorize the forecast bars by AI deal health, forecast category, deal status, customer intent, and more.

How to use AI Forecast
The AI Forecast page gives you tools to filter, sort and search your open sales deals so you can understand the health of your sales forecast.
Main Filters
The bar filter bar allows you to filter by Close Date Range, Pipeline/Stage(s), Deal Owner(s), and Team(s). You can also set the time grouping and the value to stack the bar chart by.

Time Grouping
The time grouping allows you to set the time period for the forecast. You can choose from:
- Day: The forecast is grouped by day.
- Week: The forecast is grouped by week.
- Month: The forecast is grouped by month.
Category (Stacked Bar Chart Option)
The category allows you to the AI Analysis to group the forecast bars by. You can choose from Customer Intent, Deal Health, Forecast Category, Deal Status, Competitive Position, Sales Performance, and Deal Stage Confidence.
When you select a category, the forecast bars will be color coded to match the category values.
Deal Pulse Filters
Here you can filter by the various AI Analysis categories including AI Health, Forecast Category, Deal Status, Customer Intent, Competitive Position, Sales Performance, Close Date Confidence, and Deal Stage Confidence.
As you select filters, the numbers will change to reflect the number of deals that match the filters.
You can also save the filters as a preset to recall later.

Filtering Deals by AI Analysis
The available AI Analysis filters are:
- AI Health: The AI Health Score of the deal (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low)
- Forecast Category: The Forecast Category of the deal (Commit, Best Case, Pipeline)
- Deal Status: Reveals if the deal is active or stuck (Active, Stuck, Dormant, Dead, Inactive, No Activity)
- Customer Intent: The Customer Intent of the deal (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low). Sometimes referred to as Purchase Intent.
- Competitive Position: The Competitive Position of your company with the deal (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low)
- Sales Performance: Analysis of how well the sales person is performing with the deal (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low)
- Close Date Confidence: The AI Confidence of the Close Date of the deal (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low)
- Deal Stage Confidence: The AI Confidence of the Deal Stage of the deal (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low)
Recommended Filter Combinations
Here are some recommended filter combinations to help you get started investigating your Sales Forecast:
- Conservative Forecast: Filter by deals with very high customer intent, and very high deal health.
- Most Likely Forecast: Filter by deals with medium/high/very high customer intent, and medium/high/very high deal health.
- High Quality Deals Not Progressing: Filter by deals with medium/high/very high customer intent, and Stuck/Dormant/Dead/Inactive/No Activity deal status.
- Close Date Risks: Filter by late stage deals in the Main Filter, then filter by medium/low/very low close date confidence.
Viewing your Forecast
After you have applied your filters and set the time grouping and category, you will see a list of forecast bars. You can mouse over the forecast bars to see values by the category you have selected.

You can also click on the forecast bars to see the deal cards for that month.

Deal Pulse Mode
Deal Pulse Mode gives you the ability to review your deals in a gamified way - it's intended to optimize your Deal Review Meetings.

Making the Most of Deal Pulse & Deal Pulse Mode
- Create Your Most Conservative Forecast: Filter by deals with high customer intent, high deal health, and high forecast category. This will give you a conservative forecast that you can use to make decisions about your sales strategy.
- Create Smart Filter Presets: Create filter presets the various forecast conditions - conservative, most likely, best case, and so on. Toggle between them to see the forecast results.
- Switch Category to See how a Month Changes: Toggle between categories and review the impact on a month.
- Final Check Before Committing your Forecast: Before you submit your sales forecast to management or the board, use AI Forecast to review your forecast and check for any blind spots.
