Full Screen View of a Won or Lost Deal with Detailed Analysis
Introducing Win Loss Review Plus, our first add-on. Plus goes deep on the fundamental reasons why you win or lose deals, focusing on:
- Ranked Win/Loss Reasons
- Contact Roles & Influencers
- Improvement Opportunities
- Key Learnings
- Property Impact
For each won or lost deal, you can view a Sales Cycle Timeline showing the deal's health over time, stage changes, amount changes, and engagement timeline. This is very powerful and can help guide post-deal action plans, deal reviews, and improve sales process to ultimately win more deals faster.
The daily and weekly notification emails will be updated to include Won & Lost Deals.
Win Loss Review Plus is $50/month and requires an annual Data Parrot Pro subscription. There is no additional per user fee.

Custom Property Usage
Custom properties analysis has improved and now includes usage data (How and when are they used?). This expands upon the existing classification which assigns a category, writes an Ai description and provides feedback.
We also show some useful graphs to get an idea of distribution of your custom properties.
In the table there is the ability to export the custom property metadata as well.

HubSpot Accelerated Sync
In settings (opens in a new tab) you can now activate 'accelerated sync', which will increase the sync frequency to every 5 minutes for 2 hours (default is hourly). You can also see the last time the HubSpot sync was completed.

Note - if you make changes in HubSpot during Deal Pulse Mode, it will not currently be updated. The changes only display if you make them in Deal Pulse Mode and click the confirm button.

Filtering Your Deals
Filtering is now available! You can filter by Deal Health, Forecast Category, Deal Status, Purchase Intent, and Close Date, and even save your filters as presets for easy access.
In the screenshot above, I have created a preset for "my best deals closing in the next 30 days".
You can apply these filters to both Deal Pulse (opens in a new tab) and AI Forecast (opens in a new tab).
Expanded Notifications
The new Notifications add the following:
- Calls and Meetings: Calls and meetings are now included in the notifications in addition to emails.
- Key Property Changes: Shows the deals where close date or amount was changed.
- Smarter Stuck Deals: We updated the AI to ensure that the stuck deals are, in fact, still stuck!

- Homepage News Feed: The home page now shows a timeline of key events - changes to deal properties (Amount, Pipeline/Stage, Close Date), New Deal AI Analysis, and engagements associated with deals.
- New Section: Deal Pulse: Deal pulse replaces Deal Progress, and adds much more information. The AI now assesses deal quality including Deal Health, Forecast Category, Purchase Intent, Deal Status, and more. It also assigns a confidence rating on Close Date and Stage.
- Calls and meetings: We have added support for Calls and Meetings in addition to Emails to get a larger picture of what is happening with your deals.
- Improved AI: Our AI now intelligently adapts to the pipeline and stage of each deal for increased personalization including whether it is a pre-sales deal, new business, expansion or renewal.
- Conversational Feedback: The 'tone' of the AI should be much more direct. Instead of "The lack of engagement indicates difficulty in assessing the purchase intent" it will say "No activity. Unlikely it's even a deal".

The home page now shows a timeline of key events related to your deals:

You can expand any line in the newsfeed to see the Deal Card, as well as filter by the 3 categories.
Deal Pulse (Replaces Deal Progress)

Deal Pulse (Replaces Deal Progress)
Deal pulse replaces Deal Progress, and adds much more information. The AI now assesses Deal Quality as Deal Hygiene.
Deal Quality:
- Deal Health: Overall Deal Health Score
- Forecast Category: AI suggested forecast category (Committed, Upside, etc)
- Deal Status: Active, Stuck, Dormant, etc.
- Competitive Position: Attempts to answer the question: if the customer does buy, will it be from you?
- Sales Performance: assesses the performance of the sales person (Deal Owner) throughout the lifecycle of this deal.
Deal Hygiene:
- Close Date: A confidence rating and suggested close date for this deal.
- Deal Stage: Improved AI analysis of the current stage and assigns a recommended deal stage.
This is all available by export, and will be added to the returning AI Forecast section.
Call and Meeting Engagements

Call and Meeting Engagements
Calls and Meetings are now supported in the renamed "Engagement Insights" section. For now, we rely on the content of those calls and meetings inside HubSpot, but we will be adding Zoom integration soon. Let us know which platform you would like us to support!
You will also notice throughout the app that the AI is much more direct, and pays attention to the type of deal (Lead/Pre-Sales vs New Logo vs Renewal). We will continue to expand the personalization to really understand the situation with the overall customer and provide even smarter feedback!
