How to Use the Activity Dashboard

Configure your Filters

First choose the date range you are interested in. Choose today, This Week, This Month or a custom date range.

Then optionally filter by engagement owner by clicking the owner button or selecting a preset filter you have previously saved.

Summary Dashboard

The Summary Dashboard provides a table of engagement data that match your filters. Each row is a member of your team and the columns summarize their engagement metrics:

  • Owner Name: The owner of the engagement.
  • Booked: The number of meetings booked.
  • Held: The number of meetings held.
  • Rescheduled: The number of meetings rescheduled.
  • No Shows: The number of meetings that were no-shows.
  • Time Spent Meeting: The total time spent in meetings in minutes.
  • Connected: The number of connected calls.
  • Voicemail: The number of calls that went to voicemail.
  • Failed: The number of calls that failed.
  • Total Talk Time: The total talk time of the calls in minutes.
  • Sent: The number of emails sent.
  • Received: The number of emails received.

Activity Chart

The Activity Chart shows a summary of the engagement data that match your filters. You can filter the chart by engagement type, owner and date range.

  • Meetings: The number of meetings booked, held, rescheduled and no-shows.
  • Calls: The number of calls connected, voicemail, failed and scheduled.
  • Emails: The number of emails sent and received.

Engagement Details

The Engagement Details section provides a detailed view of the engagement data grouped in tabs for Meetings, Calls and Emails. Each tab shows the number of engagements.

Click each tab in the Summary Dashboard Table to see the details for that engagement type.

  • Meeting Tabs: Booked, Held, Rescheduled, No Shows
  • Call Tabs: Connected, Voicemail, Failed, Scheduled
  • Email Tabs: Sent, Received

  • Pin the Dashboard as a Tab: This is a great way to keep the Activity Dashboard always visible and accessible.
  • Not Just Sales: The Activity Dashboard doesn't limit engagements to just your sales team. Use it to track all activity across your organization.
  • Export Data: Export the data to a CSV file for further analysis.
