You can chat with your deal to get additional insights and suggestions.
- Click the "Polly" icon button in the bottom right corner of the Deal Workspace.
- Type your question in the chat input field.
- Click the "Send" button or hit enter to send your message to the deal.
- The deal will respond with the answer to your question.
Deal Pulse Mode Chat With Your Deal
Currently the chatbot considers:
- primary deal data including custom properties and historical values
- associated engagements
- associated companies, contacts
- deals and engagements associated to companies and contacts (!)
