Deal Pulse - Advanced Mode Tips
Here are some quick tips to make the most of Deal Pulse Mode:
- Focus your Deals: Before starting Deal Pulse Mode, carefully select your filters to focus on the deals that need review for your current objective. Are you reviewing top deals in the next 3 months? Inspecting the entire pipeline? Focused on best case deals?
- Review the AI Feedback: You can expand each AI Analysis category to see the detailed AI analysis. Click or mouseover Deal Health and Deal Status to see additional insights.
- Close Date and Stage Confidence: In the Action bar, there is an indicator representing confidence for the Close Date and Deal Stage. Mouseover to see why the AI agrees or not with the current values. (Red = Low Confidence, Yellow = Medium Confidence, Green = High Confidence)
- Create Notes and Tasks: Creating Notes and Tasks directly in HubSpot is a great way to track the progress of the deal and the actions taken. Next time you review the deal, you can review the notes and tasks to see what has been done and what is needed.
- Review the Timeline: The Timeline shows the recent events, key property changes, and AI Deal Health changes over the history of the deal. They are color coded by impact on the deal (red = negative, yellow = neutral, green = positive). Expand any timeline event to see details.
