HubSpot Integration Updates

Enhanced HubSpot UI Extension with Why We'll Win / Why We'll Lose Analysis
We've made significant updates to our HubSpot UI Extension including:
- Dynamically calculating "Why We'll Win" and "Why We'll Lose" - Get real-time insights into deal strengths and risks
- Expand to see details for summary, signals, and hygiene metrics
- General cleanup and design improvements for better user experience
The extension has been a big hit - let us know what else you would like to see!
How to Install:
- In Data Parrot: Go to Settings → Integrations (opens in a new tab) and select "Install Data Parrot Card"
- In HubSpot: Add the Data Parrot cards to your deal view (the main panel, sidebar, or both!)

Chat With Your Deal Directly in Data Parrot's Deal Form
You can now ask any questions about your deal directly within Deal Pulse Mode or the Deal Form in Data Parrot.
What the Chatbot Considers:
The AI chatbot analyzes comprehensive deal context including:
- Primary deal data including custom properties and historical values
- Associated engagements and interaction patterns
- Associated companies and contacts
- Deals and engagements associated to companies and contacts
Key Benefits:
- Instant Insights: Get immediate answers about deal status, next steps, and risks
- Comprehensive Analysis: AI considers all related data, not just the deal record
- Strategic Guidance: Ask for creative ideas to re-engage customers or overcome obstacles

Win-Loss Plus Improvements

Improved Win-Loss Plus with Standardized Reason Categories
The Win-Loss Plus Addon has been improved to standardize the Win and Loss Reason categories.
What's Changed:
- Standardized Categories: Previously there could be overlap with similar reasons - now the grouping is more natural
- Clearer Themes: Easier to identify patterns in why deals are won or lost
- Better Reporting: More actionable insights from aggregated win/loss data
Benefits of Standardization:
- Pattern Recognition: Quickly identify recurring themes across won and lost deals
- Training Opportunities: Use standardized data to coach reps on common objections
- Strategic Planning: Make data-driven decisions about product, pricing, and positioning
Coming Next: We're continuing to enhance Win-Loss Plus with standardization for:
Win-Loss Plus is an Addon available for Annual customers. It is currently in early release and the pricing will be updated in the future as we continue to expand it.
