Key Updates
Today we released big improvements to the HubSpot UI extension:
- Real-time AI Recalculation: No need to wait for the daily update. If you change a deal, add engagements, or update associations, just click recalculate and get refreshed results
- AI Feedback System: Give a quick thumbs up/down and share feedback to help improve the AI analysis
- New right panel card on the Deal: Always available on the right panel, configurable so each user can choose which AI feedback to see

Recalculate the AI Analysis on Demand
Recalculate AI Insights on Demand
If you update a deal, add engagements, or change associations, you don't need to wait for the daily refresh. Simply click Recalculate and the AI will update on the spot.

- Instant Results: Get fresh AI analysis within 5-15 seconds of clicking recalculate
- Stay Up to Date: No more waiting for Data Parrot to update the AI, run it when you need it

Data Parrot Card in the HubSpot Right Panel
Data Parrot Card in the HubSpot Right Panel on the Deal
The Data Parrot card is now available to display on the right panel in your HubSpot deal form. This is a great way to get a quick overview of the deal health and status.
The Card by default shows the following:
- Deal Health - Visual indicators and explanations
- Deal Status - Current stage and progress insights
- AI Summary - Key takeaways and analysis
How to Configure
You can modify the card to show any of the AI analysis!
This is configurable per user, so each user can individually choose which AI insights they want to see.
How to Modify which AI Insights are shown in the right panel card
Available AI Insights on the Right Panel HubSpot Card
- Summary: Overall AI Summary of the deal
- Deal Health: Summary of the deal health
- Deal Status: Analysis of the status (active, stuck, dormant, dead)
- Purchase Intent: AI analysis of the level of purchase intent (ie buyer intent, triggers, etc)
- Competitive Position: Analysis of the competitive position of the deal
- Sales Rep Performance: Analysis of the sales rep performance
- Stage Confidence: AI confidence level of the deal stage
- Close Date Confidence: AI confidence level of the close date
How to Install the Data Parrot Card in HubSpot
- In Data Parrot: Go to Settings → Integrations and select "Install Data Parrot Card"
- In HubSpot: Add the Data Parrot cards to your deal view

Rate the AI analysis with a simple thumbs up 👍 or thumbs down 👎 and provide optional detailed feedback to help us improve our analysis.
How it works:
- Quick Rating: Use the thumbs up/down buttons in the top-right corner of the Data Parrot card
- Detailed Feedback: Optionally add specific comments about insight accuracy or usefulness
