Key Updates

Today we are releasing additional data to help connect sales activity with desired sales outcomes.

We have added Deals (Created, Won, Lost) and Leads (Created, Qualified, Disqualified) to Email/Slack notifications, and the Team Activity Dashboard.

Plus, the Email Notifications have received a makeover and now are faster to scan and ensure you don't miss a key update.

  • Updated Notifications: The new email and slack notifications now include summary team activity and have seen a big design refresh
  • Activity Dashboard: The Activity Dashboard in the app now includes Deal and Lead data, making it easier to connect activity with outcome

New Data Parrot AI Powered Email Notifications

We’ve completely redesigned the email notifications to be easier to read, more visual, and now includes key activity data like:

  • Calls, meetings, and emails sent/received
  • Deals created, won, or lost
  • Leads created, qualified, or disqualified (if you use leads)
  • Created, qualified, or disqualified (if you use leads)

The Slack notifications are being updated as well to match this new design.

We’ve expanded the Activity Dashboard (opens in a new tab) to include Leads and Deals so you can see everything your team is doing in one place.

You can:

  • View calls, meetings, emails, deals, and leads in a single table
  • Filter by date range, pipeline, sales team member and association type
  • Sort by anything
  • Filter our duplicate meetings with AI
  • Interact with a chart that shows data over time to spot trends
  • Export to CSV

Our goal with the Activity Dashboard is to help you see everything in one simple spot, instead of juggling dozens (or more) reports and dashboards.
